Steak Fajitas

 1 ½ lbs flank steeak
 1 tsp gound crumin
 1 tbsp chili powder
 ½ tbsp t-salt
 ½ tsp garlic pepper

slice steak diagonally across the grain (we will do this for you). Combine steak and next 6 ingredients in a zip lock bag and
shake well to coat.
Heat 1 t. oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add steak, onion, and bell pepper, sauté 6 minutes or until steak is
done. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Serve with warm tortillas, sour cream and salsa.
