 2 lbs beef round steak, pounded and cut into 4 pieces
 1 Large green pepper, sliced
 1 Small onion, diced
 8 oz sliced mushrooms
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp minced onion
 8 oz Can Of Tomato Sauce
 1 Can Tomato Soup

In a large skillet, brown steaks and season with salt, pepper, and onion. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 45 minutes. Add
onions, mushrooms, and peppers and simmer for additional 15 minutes or till tender. Serve with rice.
