Mix together marmalade, horseradish, and mustard. Set aside. Heat oil on medium high in a non-stick skillet and sear tuna
for 2 minutes. Turn and salt and pepper the cooked side. Sear second side 2 minutes. Lower heat to medium and continue
to cook 4 minutes. Remove to individual dinner plates. Add marmalade mixture to skillet and saute 1 minute to melt
marmalade, scraping up any brown bits in the pan. Spoon sauce over tuna.
