Pan Fried Frog Legs

 10 Frog Legs
 3 tbsp Salt
 3 tbsp Vinegar
 3 Pints Water
 ½ cup Evaporated Milk
 1 cup Stick Butter
 Pepper
 Garlic Powder To Taste

Clean and skin the frog legs. Mix salt and pepper in enough water to cover the legs and soak them for 2 hours. Take out of
the water and pat dry. Dip in milk, sprinkle with pepper and garlic then roll in flour. Fry on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until
brown. Do not overcook. They are ready to be eaten with sliced lemon or tartar sauce, baked or fried potatoes plus a salad
and Texas toast or hush puppies.
