In large oven-proof saute pan, heat olive oil until nearly smoking. Season tuna fillets with salt, pepper and spice blend.
Brown on first side 3 minutes then bake in a 350 degree oven for 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Drizzle with pan juices.
Notes: Serve with roasted potatoes: Use 2 large baking potatoes, each one cut into 8 pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt and
pepper. Roast at 425° for 25 minutes.
