YUENGLING® BEER BATTERED COD FILLETS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO PREPARE. COOK FROM A FROZEN STATE. BAKE: Separate and place portions in a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVENTIONAL OVEN Pre-heat oven to 425° F. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 400° F. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 350° F. and fry for 5 minutes. NOTE: Cook to an internal temperature of 165° F MINIMUM.

Serve with Cole Slaw, French Fries and Tartar Sauce.
